Job summary

Medasource is seeking a Payroll Processor II for a hybrid role in Sacramento, CA. The position is a 6-month engagement with extension potential and pays $35/hr based on required qualifications listed in the resume.

Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with equipment provided by Sutter. Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing for large employee populations, knowledge of California payroll requirements, and handling high-volume processing with strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing payroll for large organizations (20,000+ employees).
• California payroll experience and knowledge of California requirements.
• Experience with California final termination pay
• Proficient with Workday Payroll and Kronos
• Experience processing union payroll and applying collective bargaining agreements
• Ability to work high-volume payroll accurately with deadlines
• Ability to research, reconcile, and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
• Hybrid work schedule in Sacramento, CA with onsite/remote flexibility
• Availability for Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
