• Proven experience in payroll management in a corporate accounting environment.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll systems (Workday, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Ceridian).
• Strong understanding of employment and labor law compliance, payroll tax regulations, and governmental reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees across pay cycles.
• Oversee payroll systems (Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Ceridian) to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, payroll taxes, and governmental reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with HRIS teams to integrate payroll data with HRIS and time & attendance systems.
• Conduct detailed reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger reviews to maintain financial integrity.
• Manage payroll tax filings, governmental reporting, and audit preparations with meticulous attention to detail.
