Description

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll and Benefits Manager to join our team at a leading law firm. This senior-level role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with deep experience in payroll operations within a legal environment. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the payroll process and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution and compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Manage and execute full-cycle payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Serve as the firm’s subject matter expert on ADP WorkforceNow, including system maintenance, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and other firm-sponsored plans.
  • Act as the primary liaison between payroll, HR, Finance, and Benefits departments to ensure alignment and data integrity.
  • Maintain and audit payroll records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Lead payroll-related projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies as required.

Must Have

  • 5+ years of payroll experience with benefits
  • Prior experience working in a law firm
  • ADP WorkforceNow

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
