Goal Investment in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join the Accounting and Finance team. This hybrid role covers accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll administration, and benefits reconciliation, working closely with Finance and HR to ensure timely and accurate financial processing.

The candidate should have 3+ years in accounting operations, payroll experience with confidential data, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bookkeeping or accounting operations.
• Experience processing payroll and handling confidential employee and financial information.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding in NetSuite and approvals.
• Prepare and post invoices for services and ensure timely customer payments.
• Audit and process credit card expenses and employee reimbursements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve account discrepancies.
• Manage vendor/customer setup and tax documentation, including 1099s.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for ~75 employees using Paylocity.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Collaborate with Finance and Human Resources to ensure accurate processing.
