• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational leadership, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a primary care setting.
• Strong customer service skills with empathy and compassion.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to admin office, clinics, and events.
• Experience with EHR, Adobe, Microsoft Suite, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coach Lane County clinic teams on workflows and staffing.
• Lead patient experience organization-wide and supervise PSS roles.
• Oversee Medical Records and Referrals team and performance.
• Travel to clinics as needed.
