Job summary

Orchid Health in Oregon is seeking an experienced Patient Experience Operations Manager to oversee pod operations, organization-wide patient experience leadership, and medical records supervision. The role is 0.4–0.6 FTE with a hybrid schedule, requiring travel to admin offices and clinics.

You will coach clinic teams, align with Orchid’s pillars, and drive improvements in patient satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, organizational leadership, healthcare, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in a primary care setting.
Strong customer service skills with emphasis on training of clinic-based staff.
Strong project and people management skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated coaching, active listening, and leading through trust.

Responsibilities

Coach Lane County Pod Operations and support Lane County self-managed clinic teams.
Provide organization-wide leadership for patient experience and PSS role.
Lead Medical Records and Referrals team supervision.
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.
Review patient feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities.
