Job summary

Qualifications

• HS/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient accounts including billing, collections, customer service, and cash applications.
• Document patient account activity and post payments.
• Research, resolve, and respond to patient inquiries about accounts, payments and balances.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulations; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with reporting and tracking of equipment maintenance as needed.
