Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a Patent Agent/Patent Associate in New Jersey to support the IP practice in developing and prosecuting patent portfolios. The role requires 2–4 years of focused experience in computer-arts patents and USPTO registration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of focused patent experience in computer arts (software/AI/FinTech).
• Must be registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Degree in computer engineering and/or computer science preferred.
• Excellent academics with strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications in computer arts (software/AI/LLMs, etc.).
• Prosecute patent applications through the USPTO with clients.
• Support IP practice in portfolio development, procurement, and counseling.
