Job summary

Taxfyle is seeking a Partner Success Intern to support the Partner Success and Sales teams during the 2027 tax season from January through April. You will field inbound calls for partner support, help with onboarding, respond to questions, and document interactions to ensure a smooth experience for tax professionals and clients.

This hands-on internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in technology, startups, customer or partner success, or professional services.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with partners and clients.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week Jan–Apr 2027; hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of new partners and answer onboarding questions.
• Respond to partner and client inquiries via Help Desk, email, Slack.
• Handle inbound calls for support, sales, and onboarding.
• Triage issues and escalate to internal teams as needed.
• Monitor job flows and update statuses.
• Document interactions and maintain knowledge base.
