Job summary

Odyssey Learning Center Inc. seeks a Part-Time Senior Student Services Specialist to support students preparing for adulthood.

The role blends field visits, in-office collaboration, and limited remote tasks for about 25 hours/week, not benefits-eligible. The position involves coordinating with teachers, counselors, and community partners to create individualized plans and identify postsecondary options, workplace readiness, and life-skills development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, child development or counseling preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred (ILS, Employment, ABA, or Teaching).

Responsibilities

• Attend on-campus student meetings as needed.
• Conduct scheduled meetings with students on campus and off campus.
• Coordinate with teachers and counselors to confirm student availability.
• Provide individualized support to students for adulthood planning and career exploration.
• Assist students in developing life skills for independence.
• Develop ISPs and planning for services.
• Complete client payroll related tasks.
• Facilitate workshops on essential life skills.
