Qualifications

• High school diploma or better required.
• Valid Michigan Driver's License.
• Auto Insurance - required/certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and participates in activities that support recovery, including outreach, engagement, linkage to supports, transportation, in-home services, and group facilitation.
• Attends team meetings and accepts assignments from supervisor or designee; collaborates with team to identify supportive environments for recovery.
• Supports person-centered planning and helps individuals set goals and relapse prevention strategies (WRAP).
