Qualifications

• Civil law practice experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, law, or related field, or significant paralegal civil practice experience.
• Current law school students will be considered.
• Experience with legal research and legal drafting required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong grammar.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to the practice and assist with day-to-day operations
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client matters
• Communicate with clients and collaborate directly with the firm owner
• Assist with administrative tasks and coordination across the practice
• For Associate Attorneys: work directly with clients and appear in court when appropriate
