Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists in the Greater Mishawaka area for a hybrid, part-time role. You’ll provide outpatient mental health care, with telemedicine and in-person options, and a minimum 50% in-office presence to support community partner needs.

The position requires Indiana licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC), experience with adults and/or youth, and attendance at new hire training Monday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the State of Indiana.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
• We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
