Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists in the Mishawaka area for a part-time hybrid role delivering outpatient mental health care.

You will provide therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents, with in-office presence required to support community partner needs and training schedules Monday–Thursday. Telehealth is also available, and you’ll join a growing national provider.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Indiana.
• Experience with adult populations and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Hybrid role with in-person and telehealth options.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
• Attend new hire training Monday–Thursday as required.
