Actalent is seeking a Hybrid Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator in the Chattanooga, TN area to support a clinical trial. You will recruit participants, educate them about the study, and help ensure ongoing engagement and compliance.

This 24-hour-per-week role offers a flexible schedule with most work done remotely or in a hybrid setting. Ideal candidates have strong clinical research experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with participants

• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or clinical research experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pre-screen, and recruit eligible participants through outreach.
• Perform recruitment activities including phone screening and in-person discussions.
• Coordinate with clinics and professionals to generate referrals for the trial.
• Educate providers about the trial objectives, eligibility, and participant qualifications.
• Explain study procedures and expectations to potential participants clearly.
