Qualifications

• EMT/Paramedic with clinical field experience (2+ years).
• Experience in clinics, urgent care, ED, ICU, or inpatient settings is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with remote specialty providers.
• Strong remote communication and patient interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist the provider during appointments.
• Perform in-clinic tests and procedures with connected devices.
• Record patient histories, vitals, and medications.
• Complete charting and documentation of exams and orders.
• Troubleshoot devices and audio/video issues remotely.
• Open and close daily clinic operations.
