Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on title and survey review.

• Able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title insurance commitments, pro forma, endorsements, and final policies.
• Examine title exceptions and easements affecting title.
• Prepare detailed title summaries, title objection letters, and clearance memoranda.
• Coordinate with title companies to resolve title defects.
• Review ALTA/NSPS land title surveys and related documents.

Skills
