Review and analyze title insurance commitments, pro forma, endorsements, and final policies.
Examine title exceptions and easements affecting title.
Prepare detailed title summaries, title objection letters, and clearance memoranda.
Coordinate with title companies to resolve title defects.
Review ALTA/NSPS land title surveys and related documents.
Skills
