This full-time, in-person role requires four days in the Cleveland office with one day remote. You will manage closing checklists, due diligence, UCC filings, and post-closing matters for clients with attention to detail and discretion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate/business paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Paralegal Certificate at minimum; equivalent combination may substitute.
• Substantial experience supporting transactional and finance matters.
• Ability to communicate succinctly and respond timely to attorney/client requests.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, SimplyAgree, NetDocs, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains transaction and closing checklists and tracks deliverables, signatures, approvals, and outstanding items.
• Organizes and manages electronic due diligence materials and virtual data rooms.
• Coordinates signature-page processes and electronic execution workflows.
• Prepares, files, amends, and terminates UCC financing statements.
• Assists with post-closing matters, including closing sets, binders, filings, and organizational updates.
