Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience responding to USCIS RFEs and NOIDs.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Background in family-based or humanitarian immigration.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and process USCIS correspondence, including RFEs, NOIDs, and application rejections.
• Assess client application files to identify deficiencies and determine supplementary evidence required by USCIS.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely, accurate submissions of all case materials.
• Conduct legal and factual investigations to support immigration cases.
• Draft preliminary versions of cover letters, motions, and appeal briefs.
• Assist in the preparation of responses to complex USCIS inquiries.
• Stay up to date on immigration law developments and integrate changes into case strategies.
• Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to gather and organize supporting evidence.
• Refine legal documents and submissions in collaboration with supervising attorneys and team leaders.
• Maintain organized case files and coordinate with the team to ensure consistency and quality control.
