The role supports attorneys with legal research, draft letters and motions, and ensure timely submissions. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of USCIS experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a detail-focused, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is mandatory.
• Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a must.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience responding to USCIS-issued RFEs and NOIDs.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Background in family-based or humanitarian immigration.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and process USCIS correspondence, including RFEs, NOIDs, and application rejections.
• Assess client files to identify deficiencies and determine supplementary evidence required.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely, accurate submissions of all case materials.
• Conduct legal and factual investigations to support immigration cases.
• Draft cover letters, motions to reconsider or reopen, and appeal briefs.
• Stay up to date on immigration law developments and integrate changes into case strategies.
• Work with attorneys to gather evidence and refine documents for submissions.
• Maintain organized case files and coordinate with the team to ensure quality control.
