Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is mandatory.
Bilingualism in English and Spanish is required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience responding to USCIS RFEs and NOIDs.
Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
Background in family-based or humanitarian immigration.
Proactive, solution-focused and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

USCIS Case Management: analyze and process RFEs, NOIDs, and rejections.
Legal Research & Writing: support immigration cases, draft cover letters and motions.
