Job summary

TrueAccord is seeking a Paralegal I for a hybrid, part-time role in Lenexa, KS. You will work alongside licensed attorneys to support litigation intake, contract administration, and records management.

You will log consumer litigation, review NDAs, and maintain files in CLM, FileVine, Ironclad, JIRA, and Google Workspace. A degree or paralegal certificate is preferred, with confidentiality and precision essential. This position offers flexibility and in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Paralegal Certificate preferred from ABA-approved program.
• Notary Public commission or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log incoming consumer litigation, disputes and demand letters under attorney supervision.
• Process contract requests in CLM platform and track NDA execution dates.
• Maintain case and contract records across FileVine, Ironclad, JIRA, and Google Workspace.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications, invoicing, scheduling, and notary services as needed.
