Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a mid-level Paralegal to support our California practice in El Segundo. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant and hands-on experience with California state and federal court filings.

You will manage cases from intake through resolution, draft pleadings and routine litigation documents, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Hands-on experience with California state and federal court filings and procedures.
• Background supporting personal injury and/or employment law matters.
• Ability to manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Experience drafting pleadings, correspondence, and routine litigation documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
