Job summary

Keenova seeks a Paralegal in Malvern, PA to support the legal and contract management team by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

You will work closely with attorneys, procurement, sales, finance, and compliance to manage contract lifecycles, maintain templates, generate reports, and assist with CLM systems; 3–5 years paralegal experience and a Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years’ paralegal or contract management experience in a corporate, pharmaceutical, or law firm setting preferred.
• Experience with CLM systems is preferred; knowledge of IntelAgree is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review various contract types to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend revisions or negotiations.
• Support contract negotiations and coordinate approvals and execution.
• Track contract status, milestones, obligations, renewals, and expirations.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and analyses of contractual obligations and risks.
• Maintain contract templates and standard clauses.
• Assist in maintaining CLM databases and generating reports on performance and cycle times.
