Keenova Therapeutics plc is seeking a Paralegal to support the legal and contract management team in Malvern, PA. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering a variety of agreements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

You will work closely with attorneys, senior paralegals, procurement, sales, finance, and compliance teams to facilitate efficient contract execution and to manage risks and obligations across the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a paralegal or contract management professional in a corporate, pharma, or law firm environment preferred.
• Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems; IntelAgree knowledge desirable but not required.

Responsabilités

• Draft and review various contract types to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Assist in negotiations and coordinate contract approvals and execution processes.
• Maintain contract templates and standard clauses; track status, milestones, obligations, renewals, and expirations.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and analyses of contractual obligations and risks; support CLM processes.
