Job summary

Easterseals NH & VT seeks a Paralegal to support legal, compliance, insurance, and policy matters under the COO. You will assist Executives and External Counsel with document review, maintain secured files, and manage litigation holds. This on-site role in Manchester, NH offers up to two remote days per week.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years paralegal experience, Paralegal Certification, and strong communication and confidentiality. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s preferred or higher.
• Paralegal Certification required.
• 3+ years’ related experience in law firm, corporation, non-profit, or government agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executives and external attorneys with document review and coding.
• Maintain secured internal site for legal/compliance matters and organize case files.
• Issue and manage litigation holds; collect and categorize documents.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and respond to external requests.
