Orion Placement is partnering with a well-established New Hampshire employment law practice to hire an attorney with 4+ years of experience. You will advise employers on a broad range of employment matters, guide litigation strategy from start to resolution, and draft handbooks and workplace policies to ensure compliance and risk management.

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active New Hampshire Bar license or ability to waive into NH.
• 4+ years of employment law experience.

• Knowledge of wage-hour laws and employer hiring guidance.
• Strong legal writing and client service skills.

Responsibilities

Location: Manchester, NH or Portsmouth, NH | Hybrid schedule combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Note: Applicants must have 4+ years of employment law experience and be admitted to the New Hampshire Bar (or eligible to waive in). Candidates with private practice experience are preferred, though qualified attorneys from in-house, government, or public interest backgrounds will also be considered.
