Omnicom Media Group’s SSCG unit seeks a Supervisor, Paid Search to join our Biddable Media team. Lead paid search strategy, campaign execution, optimization, reporting and team oversight for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Collaborate with Associate Directors to align search plans to brand goals, mentor junior staff, and deliver high-quality client updates in a fast-growing environment. Proficiency across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube and SA360 is required in a hybrid role.

Formación

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience building, optimizing and/or reporting on paid search campaigns.
• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and SA360.
• Experience training junior team members and QA’ing their work.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets.
• Understanding of paid search elements: campaign structure, keywords, match types, bidding, tracking, QA.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of bid strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Plan landscape, competitor and trend analyses and translate into strategic recommendations.
• Refine SSCG paid search practices and develop repeatable workflows.
• Lead recurring campaign optimizations using performance data and trends.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and deliverables with senior oversight.
• Oversee reporting, QA of materials, and client updates.
