Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management with strategy/roadmap/portfolio experience.
• Experience in access control, physical security, identity, IoT, or related technology.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across resources and geographies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the global PACS reader and credential portfolio across brands and technologies.
• Develop and execute long-term product and portfolio strategies based on market opportunities and customer needs.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, features, investments, timelines, and dependencies.
• Own the configuration App for dormakaba readers and locks and manage lifecycle requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations to drive launches and lifecycle management.
