Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in engineering.
• Experience in medical device packaging or regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and validation methods.
• Ability to prepare engineering procedures and reports.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement sterile and non-sterile packaging systems.
• Prepare packaging validation protocols and technical reports.
• Create, revise, and maintain packaging specifications, drawings, and controlled documentation.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing for packaging systems and equipment.
• Lead cost reduction opportunities while maintaining compliance and product performance.
• Participate in cross-functional reviews to resolve packaging issues.
