Insight Global is seeking a Packaging Development Engineer to join their consumer products team. The role focuses on design, development, testing and production scale-up of new package development, collaborating with R&D, marketing, supply chain and other departments to address packaging needs.

The engineer will write and secure cross-functional approvals for development documentation and will lead risk assessments, test plans and related analyses.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Sciences or Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience writing Protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support in design, development, testing and production scale-up of new package development.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, market research, supply chain, process excellence and other departments to address packaging needs.
• Develop, write and route for cross-functional approval Package Development documentation (e.g., specifications, plans, protocols).
• Lead development and assessment of design requirements, change scope, packaging proposals, risk assessments, test plans and results analysis.
