Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Columbus, Nebraska, offering a base salary with full benefits and uncapped commissions. You will sell Digital Marketing solutions—Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO—in a hybrid field/home-office setup.

The role includes training and prospecting to build a diverse client base, with OTE in Year 1 of $75k–$85k and Year 2 of $101k–$119k, requiring grit, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong

Responsabilités

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions via a partnership model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation, Social Ads, SEO).
• Cold call and prospect within a defined territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow own book of business with residual commissions through strong account management.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and build client relationships across industries.
