HCS is seeking an outpatient therapist for positions in Abingdon and Bristol, VA. This full-time, exempt role offers a 4-day work week with hybrid work-from-home options and competitive compensation of $55,000–$60,000 based on education and experience.

Licensed-eligible clinicians will receive weekly supervision toward Virginia licensure, with benefits like health coverage, retirement contributions, and ongoing supervision for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Licensed-eligible clinicians required for licensure supervision in VA.
• 2 years’ mental health experience preferred.
• Master’s degree eligible for Virginia licensure or equivalent licensure track.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Create and facilitate therapeutic groups.
• Deliver individual, family, and couples counseling.
