Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, preferably with IOP/outpatient programs.
• Licensure in DC and Virginia required (LMSW/LCSW/LPC).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations and diagnostic screenings using DSM-5 criteria.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver direct care through individual and group therapy, including psychoeducational and recovery groups at IOP and OP levels of care.
