Job summary

Oregon Medical Group, part of Optum, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join Garden Way Medical Clinic in Eugene, OR. This outpatient role offers a flexible schedule and strong support within a collaborative team focused on access and continuity of care.

You'll practice in a team-based model with embedded pharmacists, LPN support, Behavioral Health, Social Services, and centralized referrals. Epic EMR facilitates scribe and workflow support for efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Oregon medical license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-only Primary Care practice.
• Hybrid work model available for eligible providers.
• Average 18 patients per day.
• Protected administrative time built into the schedule.
• Office procedures available based on physician preference.
• Collaborative team-based care model focused on access, continuity, and population health.
• Onsite laboratory, X-ray services, and procedure room.
