Judge India Solutions is seeking an Engineer- OSP – II for a hybrid role in Irving, TX or Temple Terrace, FL. You will lead fiber plant design, network planning, MDU rollouts, and ROW coordination, using ArcGIS/ESRI, 3GIS, and Google Earth to model routes and ensure accurate as-built documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in telecommunications OSP design, strong GIS skills, and experience with BAU workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in telecommunications OSP design and construction.
• Fiber plant design, MDU rollouts, ROW, and as-built documentation.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS/ESRI, 3GIS, and Google Earth.
• Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio) for admin tasks.

Aufgaben

• Execute detailed Outside Plant fiber plant designs and route selections.
• Manage end-to-end fiber network planning and ROW coordination.
• Produce accurate as-built drawings, splicing diagrams, and construction docs.
• Model optical networks using ArcGIS/ESRI, 3GIS, and Google Earth.
• Utilize Word, Excel, and Visio for data management and reporting.
• Coordinate with contractors, municipal authorities, ROW agents, and PMs.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, zoning, and quality controls.
• Review submittals, permits, and construction packages for accuracy.
• Resolve field snags, design variances, and routing obstacles promptly.
• Prepare network design reports, BoQ, and project status updates.
