The candidate will administer production Oracle estates and plan cutovers using Oracle DMS, GoldenGate, Data Pump, and RMAN, delivering high-availability and robust recovery strategies. The role requires hands-on migration work, planning migrations, validating data consistency, and minimizing downtime within the agreed window.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle DB administration in production.
• Hands-on Oracle Database Migration Service and GoldenGate experience.
• Experience with cloud migrations (OCI, Exadata, ExaCC) and zero-downtime strategies.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle databases in production and non-production.
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and run backup and recovery.
• Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, OEM, and SQL performance tuning.
