Job summary

Sierra-Cedar seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement & Inventory Lead Consultant to join our cloud practice, supporting commercial and healthcare organizations with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and enhancements.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience across Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory Management, including configuration, design, testing, data validation, and production readiness, plus knowledge of Oracle Collaboration Messaging and Redwood UX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least five years of hands‑on Oracle Cloud functional consulting experience.
• Experience leading assigned functional workstreams and end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Direct configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Inventory Management.
• Strong written communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Inventory Management.
• Conduct workshops covering purchasing, requisitioning, sourcing, receiving, inventory replenishment, and supplier management.
• Configure and support Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, and related functionality.
• Configure and support Inventory Management including subinventories and replenishment processes.
• Support item master data, PIM, and inventory data maintenance.
• Configure Oracle Collaboration Messaging integrations with external suppliers.
• Support Redwood adoption, testing, and end‑user workflows.
• Lead design discussions addressing hospital procurement and clinical supply replenishment.
• Lead project workstreams through requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
