Job summary

Inizio Partners is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Time and Absence Functional Lead for a long-term engagement in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll integration within Oracle HCM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, strong workshop facilitation, and proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver end-to-end solutions. 50% onsite, 50% remote with travel expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a Functional Lead or Senior Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll integration.
• Experience leading client workshops, gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementations.
• Strong configuration, testing, data validation, UAT, and production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
