The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine is seeking an Operations Project Manager to provide project management, operational planning, and process improvement support to the ADM and OHR. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple administrative functions and translate leadership priorities into actionable work plans.

You will independently manage projects from planning through implementation, maintain schedules and risk registers, prepare briefing

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, operations management, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in project management, operational improvement, or a related field.
• PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma or comparable certification preferred.

• Lead complex cross-functional projects and operational initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, interdependent workstreams, and organizational change.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, action logs, decision logs, risk and issue registers, and other PM tools.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and provide regular status updates to sponsors and senior leadership.
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable project plans with defined responsibilities and timelines.
• Prepare project documentation, briefing materials, dashboards, and communications to support decision-making.
