Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery and data integrity, with involvement in domestic and international shipments.

Your role emphasizes stakeholder management, cost optimization, and ERP accuracy to drive efficient production planning and timely launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
• CPG, beauty, or wellness exposure is a plus.
• Ability to organize large data sets and coordinate across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee component and order creation, maintenance, and updates in Excel and NetSuite for replenishment and new items.
• Ensure proper ERP usage for inventory transactions, receipts, and reporting.
• Coordinate Goop-owned inventory reporting and movement with vendors for monthly close.
• Lead data collection and change management for newness and replacement costing.
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to drive supply chain initiatives.
• Organize domestic and international logistics information with clean data collection.
