Oregon Public Defense Commission (OPDC) seeks a detail-oriented Policy Analyst to support policy and operations by researching, developing, and maintaining policies. The role coordinates annual policy reviews and collaborates with staff to update guidance, ensuring accessibility by posting on SharePoint and the public site.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, with a hybrid work arrangement in Salem, Oregon.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills.
• Two (2) years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work.

Mansioni

• Research, develop, and maintain policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor the annual policy review process and communicate results to the Policy Team and agency management.
• Post and update approved documents on the agency’s internal SharePoint site and external agency website.
