Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's in Industrial Engineering or OR.
• Strong software development background.
• Expected graduation date Dec '27 or Summer '28 preferred.
• Experience with discrete-event predictive modeling and digital twin simulations.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Python, R, and applied statistics.
• Strong analytics and ML experience with regression, clustering, neural networks (feedforward, CNN, RNN, LSTM), transformer models and attention mechanisms.
• LangChain framework for building LLM applications and agent workflows.
• Model fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, full fine-tuning, PEFT).
• Data analysis, data visualization, statistical analysis, time series analysis.
• Production planning and manufacturing automation experience is a plus.
• Optimization with CPLEX, linear and MILP is a plus.
• GPA 3.0.
