The Freeman Company is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive day-to-day delivery of a high-stakes transformation program. This role requires strong project management discipline, ownership of end-to-end initiatives, and collaboration across operations, IT, and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in large, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain an integrated master project plan with milestones and owners.
• Escalate issues when impacts exceed thresholds and ensure timely decisions.
• Log actions, issues, and decisions; track progress and accountability.
• Coordinate across teams and external partners to prevent handoffs gaps.
• Produce status reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
