Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive day-to-day execution within a fast‑paced transformation program. You will own master project plans, manage risks, dependencies, and cross‑functional handoffs to keep initiatives on track.

Hybrid role with 2–3 days in‑office/show‑site; the ideal candidate has 5–8 years in project management, PMP preferred, and experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or MS Dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in operational, transformation, or high‑stakes environments.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads end‑to‑end execution of multiple concurrent projects or workstreams within a large‑scale transformation, maintaining momentum across responsibilities.
• Owns and maintains an integrated master project plan with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Operates within governance, makes day‑to‑day decisions, and escalates issues when thresholds are exceeded.
• Maintains action log, tracks commitments, and holds owners accountable to timelines.
• Coordinates across functions and external partners to ensure clear handoffs and avoid stalled work.
