Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross site peers and managers to establish performance goals for department; collaborates with and directs associates to meet or exceed these goals.
• Plans, assigns, monitors, reviews, evaluates and leads the work of associates; supervise a team providing administrative and service operations support.
• Develop and propose performance objectives; manage team performance and take corrective action to ensure achievement of objectives.
• Identify shortcomings in existing processes and use change management to address them.
• Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills and ensure high customer service standards.
