Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Operations to join our Finance & Accounting team. You will analyze manufacturing costs, develop KPIs, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights to improve cost, productivity, and margins across our multi-site production network.

This hybrid role collaborates with plant leadership, Supply Chain, and Procurement to drive reporting automation, cost improvements, and ROI evaluations while strengthening

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in financial analysis and manufacturing, operations, or supply chain finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and data tools.
• Strong communication across departments; Power BI and Aspen Canopy are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production variances including yield, labor, overhead, and purchase price variance.
• Develop and maintain operational KPIs around procurement, yield, scrap, inventory, and labor efficiency.
• Produce dashboards and reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement to support planning and cost initiatives.
• Support budgets, monthly forecasts, inventory trends, and ROI evaluations; drive reporting automation.
