Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in meetings, events, and/or incentive travel.
• 1–2 years of experience in compliance and/or accounting-related functions.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets and financial oversight for programs or accounts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach Event Management team members across markets and event types.
• Coordinate regular team meetings, onboarding support, and training initiatives.
• Oversee labor management, time tracking, T&E reporting, and invoicing approvals.
• Provide Event Management support for assigned target accounts, including project oversight and relationship management.
• Ensure adherence to workflows, client SOPs, and best practices across accounts.
• Review and audit team transactions and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting for SLA, finance, compliance, and event management.
• Support new initiatives, processes, and continuous improvement efforts.
