Alliant Energy is seeking an Operations Coordinator II in a hybrid role at the Verona Operations Center, where you’ll help keep critical operations running smoothly using Office tools, SharePoint, and emerging AI capabilities.

As a self-starter, you’ll identify challenges, implement solutions, and support financial and operational processes while collaborating across teams to make a meaningful impact on our operations and communities.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree Administrative Support, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across Alliant Energy Operations, creating documents, forms, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
• Track and monitor operational files, contracts, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Support financial goals by reviewing expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities, invoicing and expense reports.
• Develop and maintain moderately complex computer applications and filing systems.
• Coordinate projects by preparing reports, strategic plans, and budget materials.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and escalate issues as needed.
• Plan and prioritize daily Operations activities and maintain a dynamic schedule.
