Job summary

Orion is seeking an Operations Associate to execute client requests post-investment, focusing on cash movement and related custodial processes. This role will ensure accurate and timely distributions and settlements while supporting Brinker systems. The position is Hybrid, requiring three or more on-site days each week at an Orion office.

Candidates should reside within commuting distance to an Orion office. Internal candidates may be considered based on location and needs.

Qualifications

• Has minimum high school degree or equivalent
• Has minimum of 1 year of experience in related role
• Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Responsibilities

• Execute client distribution requests via custodial system
• Execute client liquidation requests via custodial system
• Execute client requested model changes in Brinker systems to ensure accounts are traded properly
• Establish systematic withdrawal plans via custodial system
• Establish systematic contribution plans via custodial system
• Establish standing payment bank instructions via custodial system
• Review custodial reporting daily to ensure Brinker Capital systems are updated properly

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for executing all client requests post investment, relating to cash movement. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee, with three (3) or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations.

Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

In This Role, You'll Get To

Salary Range

$18.15 - $25.56

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
